Five Years Warranty

1. Coverage:

Your Shotelex (Hunting Scope and Reflex Sight Virtue and Falcon series) product is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.

2. Exclusions:

  • Batteries are not covered under this warranty.
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling is not covered.
  • Modifications or maintenance performed by anyone other than Shotelex will void the warranty.

3. Repair or Replacement:

If a defect occurs within the warranty period, we will provide repair or replacement service for the product.

4. Non-Transferable:

This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

5. Dealer Purchases:

For products not purchased directly from Shotelex, customers should contact their local dealer for warranty information.

Three Years Warranty

1. Coverage:

All Riflescope and Red Dot Sight Adroit series products are covered by a 3-year warranty.

2. Warranty Period:

  • The warranty begins from the original date of purchase.
  • If proof of purchase is unavailable, the warranty period starts from the manufacturing date.

3. Exclusions:

  • Batteries are not covered under this warranty.
  • Damage, malfunction, or failure due to customer alterations or unauthorized third-party repairs are not covered.

4. Warranty Service:

  • If returning a product, please insure the shipment and retain tracking records.
